Create your account

1. Sign in with your email and password.

2. Select "Create Stellar Wallet".

3. After reading select "I Understand".

4. Write down your 12 word recovery phrase on paper only.

Caution

a) Your 12 word recovery phrase is one of the only ways to recover your account if you lose access.

b) Write your 12 word recovery phrase on paper only. Never record it digitally.

c) Double-check that your 12 word recovery phrase is spelled correctly and is in the correct order.

d) Write your 12 word phrase on at least two separate pieces of paper. Store them in safe locations.

e) Never share your 12 word recovery phrase with someone you don't trust with your funds.

Tip

You can enter your 12 word recovery phrase into the Freighter extension to recover your account.

5. Verify your recovery phrase on Lobstr.
